1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FindMe website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

6. Payments & Refunds

If the Service offers paid features, payment terms, fees, and refund policies will be presented at purchase. All payments are final except as otherwise stated. We may use third-party payment processors — their terms apply to any transaction.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may close your account at any time, but some data may remain in backup copies or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including design, logos, text, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of FindMe or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINDME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDME (AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FindMe and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for those services' content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FindMe is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made we will update the "Effective date" at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
