1. Eligibility

You must be at least 3+ years old to use the app

2. Account registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders & contract formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items selected. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the app and may change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment information — we do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, except where local law provides otherwise.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Our return policy is available within the app and may vary by product or promotion. For items eligible for return, follow the in‑app instructions. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Cancellations may be permitted before the order is shipped, subject to our policies.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the app — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned or licensed by Spice Glen. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the app or engage in prohibited activities such as fraudulent behavior, infringing others' rights, transmitting malware, or attempting to access restricted systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPICE GLEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SPICE GLEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF GREATER), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Spice Glen and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Spice Glen is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws rules. For disputes, you agree to seek informal resolution by contacting us first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration where permitted by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing in‑app or email notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
